A short film about the benefits of cold water, featuring a surfer, a wild swimmer, and a paddle boarder.
Since the Covid pandemic in 2020, there’s been a huge growth in numbers of people taking up cold water activities. Scotland has some beautiful locations, but not the ideal climate. So what makes people want to do these activities, and what benefits do they get from them. We feature three people who have embraced these sports and felt the benefits. Anna, a surfer, Angela, who goes paddleboarding, and Laura, a keen sea swimmer, all have similar stories to share about very different activities.
Here’s the trailer for the short. This one has done pretty well with some festivals.
